A proud race of warriors, whose homelands were destroyed by the Sadaari and Darulk armies long ago. The Fenrir are notorious fighters, feared for their feral attacks, delivering a vicious flurry of claws and teeth when they need it most.

From the fiery underworld of Hêla, the Darulk screamed forth to conquer the overland of Massina, and take it for themselves. Their pillage was stopped only by the Celestials. Now the Darulk continue their war in the Colosseum Eternal.

Every young Grondal warrior undergoes a terrifying initiation ritual: the right arm is removed and replaced with an iron gauntlet, and then the chunk of their brain governing fear is carved out. Afterwards, they can access unimaginable levels of ferocity.

Once feared mercenaries of Massina, the Saadari served the wrong masters– and were cursed by their victims. As punishment, they became vampiric demons. Now they vent their betrayal in a destructive banshee scream in the arena.

The Vitra came to Massina from a far universe, shrouded in secrecy. They are assassins and expert gladiators, using a variety of traps and weapons to keep their distance– subduing their opponent and then moving in for the kill.

Powerful soldiers and adept wizards, the Seris prefer to keep to themselves. When they do descend to do battle, they literally roast their opponents with the power of the storms and thunder of their mountaintop kingdom.

The avenging knights of the Celestial realm wield whips made of sacred chain, to punish sinners and foolish opponents alike. Gatekeepers held back the forces of Hêla, to protect Massina– and now they serve in its Colosseum Eternal.
